An internal scheduling board for the people who actually run the day: today, this week, and hold.

The problem
The day’s work lived in texts, whiteboards, and someone’s head. Crews needed a board they could read in five seconds before they left the yard.
What we built
- Three-column board: today, this week, hold
- Job cards with site, crew, and window
- A layout that works on a phone in the truck
- No account maze — the board is the app
Where it landed
The schedule is visible. Moves are obvious. The tool stays out of the way of the work.
